Conservatory roof repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard. His experience and knowledge really stand out, along with his attention to detail and genuine passion for the work he does. Communication was excellent throughout — reliable, friendly and professional from the first contact through to completing the job. What I particularly appreciated was his honesty and the time he took to explain things properly and offer professional advice, without ever trying to push unnecessary work. It’s clear that he takes real pride in doing a job properly. Really pleased with the work and very grateful to have found someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy. Thank you, Richard 😊

I called Richard this morning as I thought my window was broken, and I was really impressed with the service from start to finish. He managed to fit me in the same day, which was fantastic. Before coming upstairs, he was very respectful and even asked if he should take his shoes off, which I thought was a lovely touch. He checked the window and explained that the hinges were actually fine. Rather than telling me something needed replacing, he was completely honest and took the time to explain what the issue was and what I could do myself to sort it. He even gave me some helpful advice and a few bits to help me get the job done. It's refreshing to come across someone who genuinely takes pride in helping people. He's clearly honest, knowledgeable, respectful and trustworthy, and he's definitely someone I would use again in the future. Highly recommended — thank you for your help!

A really speedy and professional job done, and reasonably priced. One of our PVC window units had become compromised and was fogging up, Richard came on a Sunday to quote us after we contacted him on Friday. He then fitted the new window unit on that Wednesday within about 15 minutes which cost us £75. He was friendly throughout and also gave us some good tips on how to keep our other windows maintained. I would 100% reccomend.
